Verizon Wireless to Serve as Exclusive Wireless Distributor of Vuguru's Inaugural Series 'Prom Queen'

Michael Eisner's new media studio, Vuguru (http://www.vuguru.com), and
Verizon today announced that Verizon will carry the studio's first
production, Prom Queen, on all Verizon platforms including Wireless, High
Speed Internet and FiOS TV. Verizon Wireless' V CAST is the exclusive
wireless platform for Prom Queen.
Prom Queen is Vuguru's first original show. It was created specifically
for the wireless and broadband platforms. Prom Queen is now available on V
CAST Video and the series soon will be delivered to the TV sets of FiOS
customers and to Verizon broadband customers.
Prom Queen is a scripted, serialized mystery told over 80 episodes --
each running 90 seconds long. Set against the final two months of the
school year, Prom Queen has a blend of love, gossip, and betrayal -- all of
the twists and turns of high school leading up to the biggest night of any
senior's life: Prom Night.

out V CAST whenever they want for just $3.00 for 24-hour use or by signing
up for the $15.00 V CAST VPak monthly subscription. Customers get unlimited
basic video -- including Prom Queen -- but application download fees apply
for 3D games and premium video. There are no airtime charges to download,
stream or watch V CAST content.
