Fifteen A-list comedians determined to protect Americans from
ever hearing another knock-knock joke or seeing one more
cat-falls-out-of-a-tree "comedic" video, have launched a new website
aimed at overthrowing the current comedy regime. Together, they call
their new establishment DailyComedy.com; and they will not be
stopped. Check out
www.dailycomedy.com.
Formally launching next Wednesday, August 2nd, DailyComedy.com is
dedicated to bringing web surfers the smartest and most hilarious
comedic material, fresh daily and exclusively on the Internet.
Featuring comedy bits posted in both text and video format,
DailyComedy.com brings comedy to the Internet in a whole new way.
Unlike other websites, which merely post taped performances of
comics doing their stand-up routines (hilarious, right?), the videos
on DailyComedy.com are created specifically for the Internet and are
up-to-the-minute topical. The site also features the first ever "bitcoms"--brief,
recurring videos that have the feel and style of a sitcom but in
little bite sizes specially made for the Internet.

mechanism for the purpose of discovering and showcasing new and
unique talent. Based on the principles of creative excellence, it
provides industry access and exposure to help build the careers of
notable new filmmakers and screenwriters of our day.
Our mission is to encourage the creative process of filmmaking and

Based in Australia,
Nice Shorts
is a new short film website that hosts award-winning short films
from all over the world. Their goal is to provide up-and-coming
filmmakers a free and non-exclusive venue for getting their work out
there. As they are filmmakers themselves, they believe in the use of
the internet as the newest and (possibly) most effective tool for
getting films seen by a worldwide audience.
They are currently non-profit and are relying on word of mouth to
help the site grow. They are looking for new films for the site and
are currently spotlighting short films from all over the world,
including The Philippines, Australia, Mexico, Denmark, the US and
the UK.
Did you see "Keeping up with the Steins"? Are you Jewish? If you

thinkers to use creative media, specifically short internet-based
films, to effectively communicate new messaging about Judaism and
Israel.
Based in Los Angeles, the Jewish Impact Films Fellowship recently
completed its first three week program, generating over fifty unique
