Summer is here and for many of us, this means our kids will be out of school and soon we will be heading off on vacation. Off course, we will be taking our cameras and camcorders with us to document our trip and share with the relatives and friends when we get back
 
But are you using the net to check out the destinations before you get there? Do you know what awaits you? In addition to Google maps and travel books, there are a plethora of web sites that offer streaming video and video clips of vacation spots and destinations from throughout the world. Some of them are highlighted at our Travel pages.
 
Check them out – also if you have a favorite travel video web site, or if you want to share to your travel videos with us, and the rest of the Internet video magazine members, please ping us with the url.
 
In the last month or so, Internet Video Magazine has been very busy adding new pages and sections. We have added a DIY section, a section for car repair, and even sections for Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff videos. (tell your tweens)
 
We are developing a section for kids that want to learn how to use video to create their first movies; we are creating a section for seniors who want to document their lives, their families, and their travels. We welcome your submissions, video links, ideas and story pitches.
 
In addition to adding more content, we are getting many blog links and more visitors. In May 2007, we had our best month ever- over 125,000 unique visitors. OK- that’s not much compared to YouTube, but for us, that’s good.
