Mounting criticism over a new directive today, as the Pentagon has banned men with girl names from serving in the military.

The ban has already led to the termination of several officers in high command, such as Vice Admiral Mackenzie White, Brigadier General Peyton Littlefield and Chief of Naval Operations Sage Hoffman.

Opponents argue that just because a man is named Stacey or Kerry doesn’t mean he can’t fight like a Brock or an Axel.
On the battlefield, it doesn’t matter if you’re a Henry or Hank. Avery’s and Charli’s stormed the beaches of Normandy. Sawyer’s and Devon’s raised the flag at Iwo Jima. Their names weren’t a distraction and to suggest otherwise is an insult to me and all the other male Aubrey’s who laid down their lives for this country.
While the majority of congressional Republicans have fallen in line behind the Trump administration’s support for the ban, there is at least one GOP lawmaker who has voiced his opposition. Senator and Air Force veteran Lindsey Graham.
